Summary

The Manager of Client Support role will be a part of the team at Consolidated Concepts by leading a team of individuals that oversee day-to-day operations of analytics and data management.  In addition, this role will be responsible for leading impactful relationships with clients and manufacturers by identifying, presenting, and closing savings opportunities.  The Manager of Client Support will work collaboratively with the team to prepare experiences that promote client loyalty. 

Essential Duties

  • Oversees and supports the knowledge management and analytical plans within the Client Support team
  • Presents savings analyses to clients via webinar
  • Performs data analyses
  • Executes all client savings report logistics (pricing, samples, etc.)
  • Coordinates communication between client, manufacturer, and distributor
  • Records all activities in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Assess and resolve escalated client issues

Requirements

  • 4-year degree required
  • 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of managerial experience
  • Experience or familiarity with the restaurant industry
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge is a must
  • Client oriented business experience- work for service oriented organization(s) and had responsibility for overseeing delivery of services to clients
  • Able to work independently and be a self-starter, while open to change and shifting priorities
  • Possess organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills with great attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills- can clearly communicate data concepts to clients and Consolidated Concepts team
